Southern Coast Construction is a house building company owned and operated by Bevan and Deborah Palmer. Bevan is local born and bred and completed his apprenticeship in Dunedin. Since then he has built in various parts of New Zealand and Australia amassing a wealth of building experience which he now brings to every project undertaken by Southern Coast Construction. He started his first building company in 2002 in Whangarei before moving back home to Dunedin in 2006 to start Southern Coast Construction. Bevan, a Licensed Building Practitioner and member of New Zealand Certified Builders, has now been building for over 25 years. Southern Coast Construction employs a dedicated team of highly skilled builders who are ready to take on your project.
